The battery can be replaced under warranty. Contact the manufacturer and they will process the replacement, usually cross-shipped for free with good manufacturers.
Try to turn off the laptop
Remove cables and battery on the pc
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds
reinsert battery and cables on the laptop
Turn on the laptop
Check if the PC still shuts down. If it is, try to connect the power cable without the battery. If it turns on, call your pc manufacturer to replace the battery....
I have the same problem. When it is turned on it shuts down within 30 seconds and I need to disconnect the power cable again before it can be turned on (and again shuts down after some 30 sec.)
Hello there.
Seems like electronics pack up but try an old one. disconnect all the data cables from your monitor side(HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, USB etc.) or computer side if the ones on display are built-in. Leave only the power cable. Unplug the monitor`s power cable. Press the POWER button on the front of the display and keep it pressed for 45 secs. Plug everything back and give it a try.
Good luck.
take out cartridges. then unplugg power cable from back of printer. then press adn hold 6 and # key on pritner at same time. while holding them down plug it back in. then release 6 #. if required turn on pritner. it will ask to insert cartridegs. do that and let pritner alligne cartridges.
Got the same problem following a message "Printer ink failure" code 0xc19a0035. Instructions say to shut down using button on/off. But printer refused to shutdown. After 30 minutes, I disconnected power cable. Removed cartridges. Reloaded cartridges. Reconnected power cable and got "Improper shutdown" message with continuous cycle.
Solution:
1. While the printer is still turned on, unplug all cables and cords at the back of the printer. 2. Unplug the power cord also from the wall outlet... 3. Wait for two minutes. 4. Reconnect power cord to the wall outlet first. 5. Press and hold the pound (#) and six (6) buttons. 6.
While holding down the two buttons, reconnect the power cord to the
back of the printer and after two seconds, release pound and six
buttons. 7. Turn on the printer if it turns off... and it's fixed.
