Don't use the CD just start windows 7 wait until its fully loaded then plug in the dynadock and it will automatically download the drivers.As I found out they don't explain well in the supplied setup manual works great now after a few headaches and half a day of banging my head on the desk.
Try their website for the driver, but I am not sure if there is, since Windows 7 is still fairly new..Just try it though..
