Dregs light stays on (even when emptied!) - can't use machine

Simple answer is it counts how many coffees have been made. If you turn the machine off and then empty the dredge drawer the machine doesn't know this. and the light will remain on. Leaving the machine on when you empty the drawer lets the machine know that you emptied it (15 seconds out) and it will turn the light off.

The machine is a counter. When 16 cycles have been met the light will come on to tell you to empty the box. If you empty it anyother time it will be out of sync, and you will not get the light when it is over full. Empty it when the light comes on and the only when the light comes on and you should have no problems.

Try unplugging the machine from power to reset the program, if that fails you may need the control panel replaced.

Open the door on the right. The brew unit is the thing with the handle that has the push on it. You need to push on the upper left side of the brew unit until it clicks. There is an outlet spout on the opposite side of where you are pushing. It goes into an intake port that needs to be lubed, so the outlet spout will slide in without pushing back. That should take care of the missing brew unit.

Check the edge of the container that goes in to the machine there is a small part that sticks out, it is possible that that piece is not touching the microswitch in the machine. Remove the drain tray and the dregs tray, check the corners of the machine for loose coffee grounds.

There is no 'sensor' for this, an internal counter resets when you remove the drawer with the machine switched on and the "Dreg drawer Full" message displayed.
Make sure the machine displays this message "DREG DRAWER FULL" Do NOT turn off the machine, Pull out the drawer that the used grinds are dumped in(you have to remove the drip tray 1st) Check display - it should read "DREG DRAWER MISSING" If the display message is correct, wait 10 seconds then replace the drewer.
Message should be cleared.
If the "dreg drawer missing" does not display, you do have a bad sensor and machine needs to be serviced.

My water tank light stay's on ( can't make espresso) plus water seem's to be leaking out into tray area, also can you tell me where the filter is, and how to get to it? Helpppppppppppp!

Central unit should almost "snap" into place, gotta push hard, maybe not all the way in.

You can't make the light go out because the dreg drawer, brewing unit and drip tray, all activate micro switches when they are inserted. One or more of the micro switches have gone open circuit, or they may just be dirty or clogged with coffee granules. You can only fix this problem by opening the machine up.
The light goes out when contact is made with the micro switch. No contact made, no light goes out.
