I just bought a logitech C250h web cam and the picture is blurry how do I fix it?

Disconnect your webcam
Uninstall the software
Restart your computer
Download software from here - click on the picture of your cam

Check that your DirectX software is up to date and your USB port is 2.0 ( enhanced or high speed )

Rose, Your web cam is blurry because you have not focussed it. Please put it on and when you see yourself in it, then rotate the black ring around the lens both clock and anti clockwise till you see yourself clear.

Some webcams have a focus ring around the lens that you rotate others rely on the software for a good focal length
Launch your Logitech toolbar from the desktop or from 'All programs'
Click on the 'Quick Capture' menu (2 photo frames picture) to start your webcam.
With the webcam running click on the 'Settings' menu (2 gearwheels picture)
Here you can adjust all your settings to achieve the best image

It could be the cam doesn't have enough power. Might you be running a machine thats a few years old? Try getting a usb slitter / hub that has it's own power source. Thanks

The black face plate. Turn to the left and the right untill the picture become clearer. You will need to manually focus the cam

you will have to adjust the lens of your cam or do the settings with the web cam
as u say it is 3 years old so it might not be with the mega pixels technology. so it is possible that the person who is watching you might not see you clearly

u kno the white part around the camera, like by the lens...
turn that counterclockwise, at first it wont move.. but eventually it will u just gotta try
