Warning !!
If your Win7 is not a legal copy you'll end up in trouble....
if you dont update Win7 from MS website...then that's fine...
but your sound card will have no sound...
use an application called Belarc Advisor (downlaod from google)....install the app...
use the analyses in ... Belarc Advisor
it wil give hardware details for your PC
look for the sound card hardware....
if it's a Realteck sound card...then you can try the Realteck website for the latest sound driver
....but i doubt
hardware mfgs have not develoepd drivers for Win7.... as the Win7 source code has not been shared by MS to HW vendors....most of the drivers are being provided by MS but only if your Win7 is a licensed copy and registered with MS....
as an alterate use this sound card adaptor (USB Sound card adaptor for 1$ from Ebay)
connect to the USB port and connect the speakers to the sound jack in the adaptor....
this should work for the time for you....
