You may be a victim of spyware/maleware infections. You will need to have your system cleaned. This should help resolve your issue.

I would recommend trying CCleaner first to see if this helps you. Please keep in mind this will not rid your system of everything just keep you a float and offer you a fighting chance.

msncon.dll error messages may appear when Windows starts, when a program is opened, when a program is running, when a program is closed or at nearly any time during a session of Windows.
To resolve this issue, re-register the DLL files
i. Click Start, and then Type Run and hit enter.
ii. Type regsvr32 msncon.dll in the Open box, and then click OK.
iii. Click OK when you receive the following message: DllRegisterServer in msncon.dll succeeded

Calculation Error in QVGEO DLL?

A quick google search turns up nothing for this particular type of .dll file. Does this happen when you're using a specific program? I wonder if it's been something left behind from some sort of malware/spyware program?

hey!!! maybe some files of your pc are already delete when you last time you do to virus scan and your virus scanner is not able to neutralize of your selected files, some of the anti virus do to delete the files where files are not able to neutralize by your anti virus,, need to reformat of your computer by using your os/ operating system try do it, the display error when your pc start up mean some files of your pc is missing,,
