COUNTIF counts items that meet criteria. The SUMIF will "add" the amounts. I believe you want to use the COUNTIF() function.

Use 3 pivot tables, put a, b, and c in the row areas and "Count of a", "Count of b" and "Count of c" in the data sections. That will give you a count of each date for each column

In a conversation with the Dell tech staff, they told me that this nice little feature cannot be disabled on this printer. Apparently we are stuck with it.

Sounds like a hardware problem

First > try changing the modem port (default is com3, try changing it to com4 or com5 whichever is free)

Try querying the modem again

Second > Contact your modem manufacturer

When you go to print are you selecting the MPF as the location to print? I have the 3110cn and you must manual select that you want it to print to the MPF.
