I need a replacement crock. Mine cracked in the bottom. Any suggestions where I can get a new one?
Thank you
Melissa
Thanks for posting your comments. I loved the size of this crock pot but I too had three cracks on the bottom of the pot. Since I know I can't order a replacement I'll just get rid of it.
My crock pot bottom has a loarge crack in it also it must be one of the problems with this kind of crock pot. maybe the other kinds with out incert may last longer.
The lid on our crock pot broke. We will sell you the bottom if you're interested.
This unit does not seem to be cracked.

Well, after a little more looking I've found that not only was this one model discontinued. That many others had the same problem. The crocks all developed a crack in the bottom.
My Rival SCVE500 also developed a crack in the bottom of the crock. since this model is discontinued is there much sense in replacing the crock?
I had two of Rival's crocks crack in the same year. I bought an oval one, and a tall one--both cracked after 4 or 5 uses. Rival only directed me to their web site to buy a new one! Won't ever buy a Rival product again. If you do find a replacement crock (that isn't cracked) you can still use the electric pot. Good luck though. They discontinue them so quickly, and now I know why--so they don't have to support their defects. I have seen crocks at Goodwill, but haven't found the right shape or size yet.
I have had my crock for about 4 years and I noticed yesterday that it has 2 cracks on the bottom. It is an oval white crock pot, not sure of the style number. I loved this pot but now I guess I can't use it anymore.
