Here are your dash warning lights. The lightning bolt is Electronic Throttle Control, and you can't drive without that. Not sure that your sail and sun is unless it is the Cold Ambient Derate Mode Indicator
You need a local auto electrician. you can't guess stuff like this, it needs a pro grade scan tool computer.

The heated seats are a luxury feature that heat the front seats. This provides maximum comfort for the driver and the front passenger. To turn on the heated seats, press the heated seat button, which is a picture of a seat. There are two of these buttons, and each are located on the center console. The button on the driver's side of the console controls the heat for the driver's seat, while the button on the passenger's side of the center console controls the heat for the passenger's seat. Pressing the heated seat button will turn the heated-seats onto their highest setting. Pressing the button a second time will lower the heated seats to their medium setting. Pressing the button a third time will result in the lowest setting. Pressing the button a fourth time will turn off the heated seats. There are three lights next to the heated seat buttons to indicate what setting the heated seats are on.
Tip
The heated seats will only work when the engine is running.

is it for the built in smoke screen or maybe the ejector seat?
is it the 007 secret agent model ?

The button is for Power Sliding rear window if vehicle is equipped with one.

Some Chrysler ,Jeep and Dodge vehicles have ttye pressure sensors calibrated to the vevicle,so therefore if you change the
tyres to a different type you will need to take your vehicle to a C.J.D.
service department to have the computer of your car re-programmed to accept the new tyres

It is normal for all the lights on the dash to blink when turning the key ON for the first time. However, the light should turn off after few seconds. If it does not, you should better get the codes read.

Try the local library. I have had great success when using libraries for my information center on any problem I have encountered.

YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A SHOP AND HAVE IT SCANNED, OR FOR ABOUT THE SAME PRICE AS A SCAN YOU CAN BUY A CODE READER AND CLEAR IT YOURSELF. THAN YOU WILL HAVE THE TOOL FOR EVERY CAR BUILT AFTER 1996. YOU CAN BUY THEM AT WALMART OR MOST AUTO PARTS STORES.

Could be an engine brake? Try driving down the road and turn it on. If your engine starts making more noise than usual that's what it is.

Compressor change should have no effect, presuming it is working correctly. Have a qualified shop diagnose the system, there are tons of items involved, pressures, tempratures, heating system, etc. Remember that you are heating OUTSIDE air unless you are using recirculation setting...Hard to lower outside air to cool during the short time that the air is in the evaporator coils.

have you tried releasing your parking brake are they on only on dash /or do you mean that the rear brake light stay on ?
