I have a mitsubishi wd62725 green flashing led non stop replaced all the bad caps, 2 big and 4 smaller on power 4 1000u on fmt and 4 1000u on the dm board still getting the non stop led if i boot up with no power to fmt board, it will boot up and stop flashing, so i know the issue is on the fmt all fuses are ok, no more bad caps i see any ideas?

You have a couple of problems.

(LED does not stop blinking after plug in) Disconnecting the USB connector from the Card Reader did not help. Remove connector FC from the FMT PCB and plug the unit in, if the LED stops blinking after 70 seconds with FC removed suspect a problem on the FMT PCB (part # 930B924002), if the LED keeps blinking with connector FC removed suspect a problem on the DM PCB (part # 934C116002).

I would not attempt to do this on your own! Call an Autorized Service Center, it wikll cost at least $ 750.

Nonstop blinking is likely a DM or format board - format board most likely. I have rebuilt several of these by simply replacing all the caps, about 70 of them, and takes about two hours start to finish... But this set does need to boot. It takes about 70 seconds of flashing green light before you're able to press the power button - even when everthing is working as it should..

#1. replaced capacitors on power board. DM board FMT board .
# 2 on power board you need to chek caps. 3300mf x 35 v.QTY 2.
# 3 12 capacitor 1000mf x 16 v.
If caps 1000mf x 16 v . looked good. replaced anyway......
