PUK Code
PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a unique eight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PIN number to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is entered after the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and will require a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider.

Have you tried to insert your SIM in a contracted mobile? is you try to insert your SIM in contracted mobile,it will not allow any other SIM...so to get rid of this problem you have to unlock your mobile by unlock codes...for unlock codes you can contact your provider or can get it from online providers..what is your mobile model? if its basic model then try getting unlock codes from unlock-free to get unlock codes for free by just submitting your mobile's imei number and get unlock codes to unlock your mobile..if your mobile is of recent model then try with unlocking4u and get codes and unlock your mobile..

Determine how long you have been on your current T-Mobile contract. T-Mobile will typically provide your device's "unlock code" after 121 days on your current contract.
Call T-Mobile customer service at its toll-free number; 1-800-TMobile.
Tell the customer service representative that you would like to receive the unlock code for your T-Mobile Dash. If you plan on using the device overseas, let them know that information as well--occasionally, they will provide the code if less than 121 days have passed if you are going overseas.
Write down the unlock code just as it is presented to you by the T-Mobile rep. Typically, the code will involved pressing a set of keys on your device in a specific order. For example, you may have to power on the device, hold down the soft keys and press a set of numbers, etc.
Input the unlock code just as provided. Insert another company's SIM card in your device if you have one available. Wait and see if the signal strength on your phone shows up, if it does, the device is now fully unlocked.

I have a t-mobil dash and an account w/ at&t. have wireless internet sim card and wish to use it in the dash.i need unlock code for dash.

You have two options. If you are, or know, the person that bought the phone from T-mobile, and they/you still have an active account with them, they will give you they code free. If not, you will need to use one of the many phone unlocker services online, which cost around $40. You can find one easily but just searching 'Unlock code dash' on google.

My sidekick 3 is lock to t-mobile sim card so i want it open in any sim card here in philippines. what can i do? i want it free open lock.

T-Mobile is usually pretty good about unlocking the SIM to different regions if you are a customer.

I had them unlock 2 cellphones for me simply by calling their customer support line, and informing them that I travel very often over seas and require my phone be unlocked for use in other regions.

T mobile wing unlock code

Call your cell phone carriers customer service and they may email you the unlock code and instruction for free within 24-48 hours. Tmobile did this for me several times on different phones. Tmobile will send you the unlock code and instructions via email for free for their customers within 24-48 hrs. But you have to call their customer service (US) 800-937-8997. I tried emailing them initially but no response. When I called they were so accomodating and didnt even ask why I wanted the phone unlocked.
Once they send you the code its simply inputting the code they provide. However to do this you must first put in a non tmoile sim. As far as I know this is only cingular or a foreign pay as you go sim card. Luckily I had a foreign sim that I saved on a prior trip as I have other unlocked phones and this worked for me. None of my friends had cingular so I could not use their Sim to do the unlock code on my phone. Nextel, Sprint and I think Verizon also dont use sim cards.
Alot of cell phone stores and kiosks will also unlock any cell phone for you for about $30.00. You may have to leave the phone with them and pick it up later like an hour or two later if they are busy.
