I have hp compaq dx2300 motherboard pc is anywhere on this site driver of this motherboard??

This is because you need to download and install the drivers for this computer from the HP web site.
Download the drivers from the HP web site, copy them to a USB thumb drive, and then carry the thumb drive to your DX2300 and install the drivers from the thumb drive by double-clicking on the files one-by-one.

I think that the issue could be with the Sound drivers you have on your system. Click here and goto Audio Section to download the Realtek Audio Drivers and Microsoft UAA Patch for HP Compaq DX2300 from HP Official Support Site and update the drivers.

Check your recovery disc for the drivers. If you don' have the disc and checked the hp-compac website and googled for the driver, then just go to newegg or similar site and pick up a eternet card for around $7.00.
