MAc and Dual Action

I have problem getting the controller to work with my Macbook.. I'm trying to use Call of Duty 2..Is this normal??

I dont think cod 2,3,or 4 supports gamepads,or joysticks ,or thats what i read on the logitech site,when someone else inquired about cod4
