Ds save mess up plz help

I hate to say it, but your data is lost forever. there is no way to get it back. sorry

Far as I know coming from former GameBoys even to the DS. The game itself is not saved upon the actual Game itself, but the System or in the case the Gameboy. If he had played the game before most likely it is a previous saved gamed he palyed or someone else. All pokemon games have a common point, that you can only play one game at a time, if you try to start a new game, the previous saved game is deleted after saving on a new game. Granted that I have not played the newer verisons of the Pokemon, but if they are anything like the older verions. Emerald, Ruby, Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Etc. They will delete the game once a new game is started and saved.

it's not possible to get back the saved file..... for some reason that happens a lot on ds/ds lites..... there is nothing wrong with the emerald game. try playing emerald on a GBA.

Sorry to say,your friend might not be able to recover it.If it is possible,then I think you should get a super pro expert,not on here.Maybe try Nintendo or whoever the game was made by.

okay first you keep going till you get to the main menu,then you go down till you see the delete menu,then click on that then you press ok

The title screen is after when Dialga's shadow shows up. Press Up + Select + B together when it shows up.
You can't save because you already have a saved file in the game.

im affraid you might have saved your game when it was going haywire. save before using cheats so you can load it normally

Sorry man, this is the reason why Nintendo didn't license this product. Very rarely, if you use an Action Replay on you game, it freezes the game then messes it up, and if your luck is extremely bad, then it even messes up your DS. Your Pokemon Diamond game will not work on the DS anymore, because you either entered too many codes at one time, or because you entered the codes too many times at once. But one thing you could try is resetting the game. Hold the A and the B button before you turn on your DS and continue holding it until your game turns on, but if that doesn't work I think you have no other solutions. Sorry man.

okay you have to go to new game and press A and it would pop up some message that you already have a saved file so at the title screen where you see that pokemon dialga or whatever at that point press Up/start/B and it should say do you wish to delete the previous Pokemon diamond file and Press A to confirm. Hope that helps you
