Screwed up!! my mp4 was dropped like twice and now every time i try to play my music it says disc error.

U tries to play more Blu Ray discs,than just that one?Because that one it could have a cracks or a dirty and scratches Blu Ray disc.Having problems with many Blu Ray discs,have to upgrade or reinstall the unit main firmware program.

Try loading the disc it came with. Most devices for use on computers have manuals on disc or online. Google its model number+manual if the manual is not on the disc.

check to see if your files are MP4, vs MP3. MP4 files won't play in this player, so you'd have to convert them to mp3.

Region codes is a built-in feature of the DVD system designed to control where discs are viewed and distributed. All DVD hardware and software is coded using one of six numbers ( DVDs Regions 0 , 7 and 8 are special cases - see below ). The U.S. and Canada use Region 1. Region 2 discs are used in the U.K. , Europe and Japan . While Australia and the Caribbean use Region 4. These codes determine where the discs can be played.

Your console must match the discs region code.
This is not the case so you wont be able to play with this game.

ya u have many option to solve this problem. first is that ur music format not supported ur player so it show this message. 2nd u can download ur driver from internet. 4 this u can try in google just type this what do u want. then u will get. 3rd is there are many software for convert mp4. 4 example u can use total video converter, im too mp4 converter. thanks

Some blu ray disc play fine. Others play the menu music, but when the feature starts, the sound disappears completely. And then others don't play music at all, no sound what do ever.

You won't be able to fix it if it is a hardware fault so don't even try to open the unit. You will need to return it and have it fixed under warranty.
