1st You download Webcam Driver.
When i try to download the camera it says "acess d...
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

Put the drive in a 2nd computer as a secondary drive and take ownership of it. There many tutorials that will show you how to do this. Unless it is encrypted.

You certainly have an autorun installed by a virus.

A solution is to go command line and delete autorun.inf in c:\ and d:\

Another solution is to right click and choose open in the menu instead of execute. If execute is default then your computer is infected. I suggest http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix_ReadMe.htm

Using Admin logon, open mmc and go to disk management.
Right click on C: drive and click "Properties", select "security" tab and click "advanced" button, select "owner" tab.
Choose new owner and check the "replace owner" check box and "apply".
