I am not able to install hp lj 1300 drivers in win 7 64 bit os , please help me

According to HP, you don't need to download drivers from HP for this product for Win 7. Just use the Add Printer wizard function of Win 7 to go to the Microsoft Update site and get the driver from there. Follow the directions in this link:

HP LaserJet Driver support included in Windows 7 or in Windows Update

How To install Win 7 on 7VT600P-RZ

There are no Gigabyte drivers for this motherboard under Win 7.
Use the default Win7 drivers for the VIA 600 chip set.
If the default Win7 drivers do not work, (A 0.1% chance), the solution is LINUX.

Can asus k42f be ugraded to windows 8?

Windows 8 has updated drivers as much as you would get from Asus built into win 8.

Go to devise MGR, if windows 8 did not load drivers, you will see a flag.

See what hardware did not load a driver and then use the win 7 driver.

You don't do anything to make a win 7 driver work, if the driver is newer, and signed it will install, if it's older then the driver windows installed, it won't install. If you see a flag and windows did not install a driver, then try the win 7 driver, or go to the MFG of the hardware and see if there is a win 8 driver.

You can also run windows update, if win update see's a newer driver out it might pick it up and give you a install option.

Now, your chipset, and most hardware has windows 8 drivers out.

The drivers are the biggest problem, the biggest problem for you is the BIOS was not set for windows 8.

So you could find even with the best drivers, win 8 slower or has bugs more then win 7 will have.

Me, I would bench test all the hardware with win 7, then with win 8 and see which one is better.

Gateway mx 6421 win764 driver issues

You could, drivers are based on manufacture. Like Realtek is a common maker of audio chips, and sometimes distributors use a popular motherboard.
You may have plateaued at Vista, by try the Troubleshooting Compatibility with Vista 64 drivers before you roll it back.

BTW - This happened to me with Win 8.

I have a Samsung external 3.5 floppy drive, a SFD 321u which has worked fine in my old Win XP computer. I have a new system with Win 7 and this drive will not work with the drivers on the CD and Win 7...

If it is a USB external drive it should be recognized by your laptop, it worked for my dell floppy drive from xp to win 7 64bit, if it does not you should download the winxp driver and use it to install in win 7 when it does not recognizes the drive.

-select have drivers
-select downloaded drivers

it would give you an error of pop up saying drivers are not "signed" just go ahead a accept that and it should work.

Let me know if it helps

Canon bjc-250 drivers

The Canon BJC-250 has drivers only up to Windows XP. It doesn't have drivers for Vista or Win 7. If your Operating system is Win XP or older, you can download the drivers here http://software.canon-europe.com/products/0000399.asp. If your OS is Vista or Win 7, you can still try using the Win XP and test if this will work with your system.

I have installed windos 7 but this doesn't support audio device, vga devies

Try the link provided below for windows 7 drivers. Some manufacture are playing catch up with windows 7. First check the motherboards manufactures site for possible drivers for Win 7. If they haven't Win 7 drivers for you're devices than try the link below;
http://driver-pro.com/related/english/windows-7-drivers/?a=17743&gclid=CJLvoozNs54CFYRC5god1UbDdA&hit=1&l=45
Windows 7 beta came out back in October. It may take motherboard manufactors time to catch up and some older board may not have support for Win 7.

Good luck!
