I think you enter a wrong code for almost 5 times or more..it will fix with z3x samsung box..go to cellphone shop near you and they will un-freeze it by using z3x samsung box...

try clearing up your web history, sms, or unwanted software....on the browser, click on blazer top left corner, click on history and clear all..tested if it doesnt work back up your phone and perform a master reset
Power the Shadow off. Hold down the two soft buttons (The two right under the screen) and turn it back on. There should be a quick menu that pops up asking if you want to reset it. Say yes, let it reboot, and it will then start restoring your phone to defaults.
