I want to know what is the fifa card in nokia BTS ...

Transmission between BTS and BSC.FIFA card contain only TNC male connector.
FIFA :
fifa is a transmission module,receives DC power from BTS through its backplane connectors; power consumption of a fully equipped FIFA is less than 76 w.

if flexbus is connected to another indoor unit, Flexbus power feed should be turned off

power feed is controlled with flexi hub manager
power feed is also indicated by the flexbus LED on the FIFA front panel
power feed is short circuit protected

FIPA :

8 * E1 / T1 interfaces balanced 120/100 ohm
1* RJ 48 connector per IF

its a wire line transmission module

TNC Male Connector is used in FIFA card.

2> SMB Connector is used in FIEA card.

3> RJ48c Connector is used in FIPA card.

here is two types of Tx card used in Flexi BTS

1.)FIFA
2.)FIPA


pwsb is known as power supply card and it is used for the power distribution to trx cards in case of ultra bts and dtrx cards in case of flexi bts
