I've dropped my cellphone several times, so the problem I'm sure is my fault. Here goes, It won't stay charged for very long. I decided to pull out the battery and let it sit for a couple of hours thinking that would help. But it didn't really. My phone will turn off mid conversation when it has no charge. It will also sometimes turn white and then turn off. I will often take out the battery for a bit, and then when I put it back in it has charge, but it won't stay long. What to do?

I WOULD TRY A NEW BATTERY FROM EBAY FIRST. JUST MAKE SURE YOU BUY A OEM BATTERY FOR YOUR MODEL PHONE. ALSO ARE YOU USING THE ORIGINAL CHARGER, THE AFTERMARKET ONES DON'T GIVE IT A PROPER CHARGE AND FRY YOUR BATTERY, EVEN A CAR CHARGER CAN DO THAT TO YOUR PHONE IF ITS NOT ORIGINAL.

I haven't turned the camera on for a couple of years. I've tried charging the battery, but I can't get it to power up. Do I need to replace battery or is it something else?

If the rechargeable battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced. Rechargeable batteries will fail if stored in a discharged state for long periods.

I have a jawbone jambox. The charger plug will not stay in the jambox, it just falls right out, therefore, it won't charge. Where can I get this fixed?

Dont know what these people are talking about.. but I have the same issue. Dropped it, now the charger wont stay in. I've taken mine apart, thinking I could fix it myself, only to find that the actual jack the charger plugs into has been broken off the circuit board. Not good. I'm pretty sure it's not fixable, thought I'm trying my best to find a way to replace the circuit board, as it's not very big. Email me if you've found a [email protected]

I dropped my canon powershot SD 4500 IS and now it won't turn on! It's survived countless other falls just fine, and would turn on immediately then. All times, including this time, have been when...

Really!....you've dropped your camera "countless" other times and now you're concerned because this time, it won't turn on!!! You're not sure what else to do?!!! How about not dropping your camera. How about using the wrist strap. Your dropping luck has run out...your camera does not have nine lives.
