My driver and utilites cd is not working. I need to istall the drivers what do i do if i download and install it is not working

1st You download Webcam Driver.
I need for the istallation sofware I have lost the CD
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

If you have another computer or a friend with one and a CD burner. Go to HP.COM service
You can download a full set of drivers and burn to CD.

I believe they have the drivers individually or complete set.
They are quite large for dial up modem but are a breeze with DSL.
