First you have be ensure that the microphone is just place in right order. if the mic doesn't right place then it can not connect with it motherboard as a result, it will not work. then if the solve is okay then i understand that the microphone has damaged or became week, for this reason it can not work.

Use a phone screw driver to loose the phone, remove the mouth piece and clean the phone board, especially the mouth piece area of the board. Put the mouth piece back and make sure it contacts the phone board very well. Couple back the phone and test it.
If it still gives the same fault, the I think you need to change the mouth piece completely.
If you cannot get another mouth piece, then I would advice you get a hearphone to receive and make calls for the main time, till you get another mouth piece.
