Our printer is Samsung CLX-2160n but cable is not directly connected on my pc. Can i scan directly from my pc?how?

Hi,

if your printer is runing under network. check with your adminstartor that the printet is set to share?

if it does. your may scan from your pc, by downloading the smarthru program in your pc.

check the cable connection between the PC and the printer, plug it out and plug it in again. If this doesn't work try another cable same with the previous one.

Non-working printer; no paper pickup

The solution shown for the Samsung CLX-3160FN All-In-One works also for the Samsung CLX-2160N.
The associated picture and methodology of "pre-stretching" the solenoid spring is virtually identical for both printers.
Worked for me on the CLX-2160N

Samsung clx 2160 color scanner software?

Hi, you can get the driver here:

Just click on the Driver tab under Downloads and choose the correct Scan Driver for your operating system.

I have a CLX-2160N and there is a blue smudge

Have you tried a new cyan toner? Make sure you are using genuine Samsung toners and drums. Check the blue toner and drum for defects or wear.
