1st You download Webcam Driver.
I have a webcam cyber
After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

To install the webcam properly you must first uninstall it from Control Panel->Add Remove Programs. Reboot the PC after disconnecting the webcam. Then reinstall the webcam drivers from the CD that came with it. Reboot the PC. Now connect the webcam and allow Windows to detect the webcam and load its drivers and give you a msg saying "The new HW has been installed and is ready for use". Now you must configure the IM. Here you must go to tools->Options ->Video and setup the webcam as default camera. Save the settings and start using the webcam for all purposes.

Most webcams doesn't include a mic. You should have two wires if you do have a built in microphone. One USB and the other is for the mic input. If it doesn't have a mic, they can be purchased separately.

Make sure that the microphone settings for your webcamera are enabled. Go into the control panel under sounds and audio devices. Make sure voice playback and voice recording are set for the web camera microphone and not the sound card.

my zippy's webcame that is think blue think new one is nt working bcoz i misplaced the cd...help me

The warning message means the Manufacture has not submitted the drivers/software for Windows Logo program or its driver validation tests.

Generally, if the drivers are from the Hardware Manufacture, you can ignore the warning and continue to install the driver/software
