Zyxel p-660R works fine when connected directly PC but when linksys wireless router WRT54GL connected between zyxel and pc unable to access internet neither can the wireless pc. linksys router works fine when connected to another pc and router at different house with no setup
I don't believe Zyxel supports only Zyxel products. Finally, after analyzing the problem between the zyxel and the router, I found a solution that worked and allowed me to network both wired and wireless connections here at home. Set your router to auto-dhcp settings. Clone the MAC address of your computer. After this is done, put OFF first the router but make sure that the cable from the router WAN port is attached to the modem already. Then, put ON the zyxel and wait until it is fully functioning (2 lighted LED lights) before you switch ON the modem. Let both units (router and zyxel modem)synchronize first about a minute or so. Then connect/put ON your computers.
I found the above procedure to do it step by step so as to avoid conflict signals during synchronization which seems to be causing the non-internet connection.
Hope this helps!
Because of zyxel support only zyxel product only
first try it for zyxel router
second tp-link adsl2+router to linksys is work that two way only.
can you give me the calraification of the modem zyxel and which connection you using, pppoe, static,or dynamic,
at first you using pppoe then go to the linksys router. give the pppoe connection and give the user id of the isp given to you after then give the ipaddress which isp give and dns also after then save it and reboot it.
second thing is in static ipaddress give the dynamic ip address and give the dhcp enabled in the dhcp give the dns value also.
when you use the internet for then you give the obtian ipaddress and obtian dns.
in dynamic do same at the static.
