Because of your particular situation, you may have to perform a hard reset, as it seems the update process didn't complete successfully, leaving your tablet with a corrupt operating system. Before attempting this, please have the tablet charged up all the way so that the reset can complete fully without interruptions.

How to Hard Reset LENOVO A5500 (A8-50) with Hardware Button key:

Press together: POWER + VOLUME UP for about several seconds, then the warning will appear on the LENOVO A5500 (A8-50)
Choose: Reset Device, or Wipe data, or Clear eMMC, until you find an option that works for you
Doing the hard reset will clean all installed applications and all data will be lost or cleared while Resetting LENOVO A5500 (A8-50)

Have drivers windows XP 64 bits, If you use other Operating systems, chose it and search

If is not model, click in > Modify Product Selection

I doing format for thinkpad X41 tablet and install windows xp sp2 and i define all devices only digitizer pen please give me the way to work digitizer pen

I suggest to get to this site ..and download and install the mouse and track point driver..I think this is the one responsible for the touch screen function ..

We Want Lenovo-4152 Sound Drivers Becouse we have lose sound in Laptop.

The same model ThinkPad can have different types of network, video and audio drivers and unless you know exactly which one is installed in your ThinkPad, you need to download all the drivers and install each driver until you find the right driver.
When you download the drivers, write down the device driver and it’s file name so you have a record of which driver you are installing and which directory the unzipped files are located on your hard drive.
Go to the IBM/Lenovo WEB site - support/download page and download the latest Windows XP or Vista device drivers for your model computer, Use this link: -
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/product.do?template=%2Fproductselection%2Flandingpages%2FbrowseByProductLandingPage.vm&sitestyle=lenovo&brandind=10&validate=true
You can download the various drivers and then you click on and run the various driver files, they will then unzip and expand into a sub folder on C:\drivers Then install the various drivers from this folder (run the set-up file).

Make sure you have SP2 installed first.

if That does'nt work try a free program called DRIVERMAX. www.drivermax.com It can update, back up, install, and find unknown drivers even.
