if the print out is not readable.. most probably your print head pin is broken.. you can check your print head by removing it.. just unscrew the screw holding the print head and look at the front portion of the print head..over there are rows of pin.. see if the pin is even else it's broken..

i suggest to update your acrobat reader to a better version (e.g. 8)
As i know acrobat 7 has some font issues which you described

Font size? If it's below 5 pt., you must print with photo/best photo/photo rpm, with no high speed and micro (if available).

Depends on what software you are using, but you can use any True Type Font for the human readable, and any propritry barcode font available as downlaods.
However these barcode fonts tend not to print very small, it is a matter of trial and error.

change the fonts of the printer by pressing the font button on the panel (Refer user manual for more details)

you use ESCPOS commands to enlarge font size, to double the size of the printed font use <2D>!<22> at the start of the print job. the 22 is the XY zoom factor so <36> would be 3 x wide and 6 x high hope this helps

The printer only prints dots sent down by the computer. It has no concept of a font or letters at all. You'll have to change a setting on your email program. Or cut and paste the text you want to print into a word processor where you know how to change the font size.

yes you can change the font tray to print the printer internal setting tray that press and hold any key by tarn the printer off then on after you tarn the printer on release the key
