I have changed the processor on my mobo and I want to know if I have to set a jumper for the multiplier

Based on the user manual starting v.2 dated April 2004, this mobo uses a dip switch array to set your processor and bus speed.
You will need to set the correct processor speed based on manufacturer [AMD] description.
Visit this link and see page 23 to set the switches as needed for your new processor.

The motherboard you listed supports AMD processors, (AMD Athlon XP/ Thoroughbred/Barton)not Pentium.

Driver for A7V400 MX Asus Motherboard

Audio Driver

Do a google search for "A&V400-MX Motherboard driver" and there are plenty of sites to download the drivers from, such as this one:
http://www.driverstock.com/ASUS-A7V400-MX-driver-download/6-9-10253/index.html

Then run the installer if it's there, or right click on the .inf file and "install" it. There may be instructions with the files you can follow to install.
