I had a similar problem, had to drain it out...I.e there is a small compartment towards the bottom right side of the machine u can prize it open with a 20 cent coin.. You will find a darkish tube .. Gently free so all the water and muck drains out. Once done Put it back the way u found it and try running the washing machine again. This helped me

HI mate , if your model is an LG 8013F , The machine first check the load by doin some cycle . If it doesnt then either the motor brush need replacing or the CPU and it cannot be repaired . Try to change the brush first bcoz its cheap then if the same problem i advise u to replace the control board .

I have one unit extra if u are interested let me knw , i can sell it for $60 + PP

THanks
Hans

You need to open the filter in front of your machine - on the bottom left , make sure you have but it by the back door- cos water will come gushing out! It just needs to rinse it out - then try again

The Child Lock can be activated and deactivated by pressing and holding both the Temp button and the right Option button simultaneously for 3 seconds as shown below.

Lg intellowasher wd-8013f is very noisy

it will definitely be the bearings and possibly the spider as well. the spider is attached to the bowl. the spider is made of aluminum and they corrode all the time. open the door to the machine and grab hold of the steel bowl, has it got movement on it. if it has then the spider and bearings are faulty, also the main shaft seal will need replacing.nearly every time i went to an LG 8013f that was noisy it was the bearings and or spider. hope this helps. please reply 4 more help. good luck.

You suspect right.
It is a complete strip down job. I have just finished mine.
taking apart and reassembling is not too dificult.but you need to make up a tool to remove and replace the bearings which are two different sizes. It consists of a lenghth of studding, bolts and washers.
Download the manual from LG.
Good Luck
