Toner empty after replacing new toner of samsung scx-4521f what to do to remove this message
Clear/reset the settings on the printer. Press in this order w/o pausing:

193
start
If you do it correctly, the LED will say "Select Country, US", then you press "OK", then it will clear the settings and the error message should go away unless you have a dirty sensor or your toner is installed incorrectly.

First check cable is connected properly or not.... again same problem .....you must check cartidge fuse..change cartidge fuse..

this is common issue after replaceing a new toner.
only certified trained Samsung engineer could help you resolved this issue. which got login to TECH Mode to resolved this issue.
I'm sorry I can't help you by giving the code to the tech supoort mode.
but to resolved the issue completely the main pca got to replace.

press #1934 and right arrow key
disply appear ready tech
press menu &left arrow key
display new cartridge
press enter button twice.
then toner empty message is over
do previous simulation for go normal condition.
paper senser is located at back side of the machine remove backside cover and see heater unit near the hot roller paper senser is located
