I've had the same problem. I fixed this, but I can't remember how. So I'll try my best to remember. I think it had something to do with bluetooth. Do you have bluetooth?

If your Phone is UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD, DO NOT TRY REPAIRING IT YOURSELF, take it to the Service Center alongwith ORIGINAL PURCHASE BILL instead.

take the phone to a mobile service center and have them service and clean the entire phone for you and replaced and damaged parts.

open your phone and theres alittle tiny button all the way up at the top push it in with a needle and see if that works

you need to replace your microphone...take it to a mobile service center.....and have them replace it.
