How to connect multiple video sources

Bose makes a product called a VS-2 video enhancer. All it is is a video scaler and switcher, which, if I remember correctly, has 3 composite in, 3 component in, and 2 HDMI in, with 1 HDMI out, among other connections. It sync's with your Lifestyle system to pick the correct video input when you pick the audio input that corresponds. I can't seem to find it on the Bose website, although I did find the below link. The piece is probably discontinued, but I'm sure Bose or your local dealer can get a hold of one.

Connect lifestyle 48 to plasma and dvr

You need to buy a Bose VS 2, video enhancer. Your cable/sattelite, vcr and aux connect to the VS 2 and the VS2 connects one HDMI cable to the TV. The VS2 then upconverts DVDs played on the lifestyle through the VS2/HDMI.

No sound Bose Lifestyle 38 III

I am quite sure that the indicator lights should be green. The blinking yellow likely indicates that there is no communication between the head and the audiomass. Verify that the connections are tight and then try powering off (unplugging) the system (both head and audiomass) for 30 seconds and then powering on again. That will often re-establish communications.

Ive got bose lifestyle model 5 system and have just bought a samsung led tv, how to I connect up the bose to the tv??

There should be an AUDIO OUT left and right rca input/output plugs on the back of te TV; according to this, (http://www.bose.co.uk/GB/images/Lifestyle%205%20Series%20II%20Music%20System_tcm6-4083.pdf) the inputs for the audio are right next to the FM antenna port/plug so, if you have one of these; (http://www.inmax.ca/images/rca-cable.gif) just plug them in to the AUDIO OUT on your TV, and into the INPUT on your Bose system.

Same same here!

Any readily available Stereo RCA to Mini cable. These cables are a in stock item at any electronics store.
Plug Mini side of cable into ipod headphone jack and the RCA side of the cable into any available input on the Bose system, match color for color, Red to right and White to left. Select that input on your Bose system and use the ipod as normal. This is the cost effective solution.
The better choice is to use a after market ipod dock system such as DLO http://www.dlo.com/products/homedoc_dx_Prod.tpl there are several levels to chose from all the way to HD outputs. These units can put your ipod display on your TV screen.

(Bose lifestyle 28) DVD picture is distorted, shadowy and difficult to discern

Try the settings setup and adjust the brightness, video format, or video black level. If you're using component connections then adjust the video output. You can scroll system setup through the remote control settings button.
