Sound like a defective receiver board. Have this checked. Also check to see that your remote transmits. Hold the top part of the remote to your phone or digital camera lens. press a button and a light should appear on the screen of your phone or digital camera screen.

Indoor fan motor mechanism locked. Or indoor coil sensor defective. Rotate manually f.m. If easy to rotate, replace sensor. If not, replace bearings or motor.

LG Art Cool Error Code CA
Compressor discharge sensor fault. Disconnect from PCB measure resistance 237 kOhm at 20°C, 168 kOhm at 30C. Replace sensor.
