You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, thesupport download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop,better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on thebottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Taglabel is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages,the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where thespecific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you selectthe Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers for your Windows operatingsystem. Format the hard drive and reinstall the OS with the Dell Restore disk. You will loose all data stored on the PC.

I'm assuming you have quite a lot of computer savvy??? You'll need to access that drive and get the original key off it. Try connecting the drive to another pc and see if you can get to the Windows folder. Once there, use Jellybean Keyfinder to navigate to the Windows folder in that drive and take note of the OS key. From there you can reformat and use the existing key.

Use the Wireless setup in Control Panel to configure your wireless connection. Setup your wireless configuration with the disc you received with your Router/Modem. Call your Inet vendor for help.
