If you're looking to obtain an oil drain plug -- your post doesn't actually say that -- I'd recommend your local hardware or plumbing or home improvement store. Briggs & Stratton generally uses standard iron pipe threading on their oil sump drains. You'll want a 3/8" IPT plug.
First check that your Mantis needs an oil/gas mixture, most of the newer Mantis tillers have four-stroke motors meaning they have oil in the crankcase and use straight gas. If your Mantis needs oil mixed in the gas use a 50:1 ratio. That's usually 2.6 ounces of two-cycle oil (it's sold in bottles that size) to one gallon of gas but read the oil bottle to get the proper mix ratio.
without knowing if its a briggs and straton or tecumseh engine ( I assume Briggs) the carb is where the throttle and gas line connect to. carb will need to be rebuilt most likely and tank will have to be removed to be cleaned. you can email me and I could do it for you I am in wisconsin kerryjonjon at yahoo.com I am the most reasonable in this area.
