Huawei M750 touch screen does not work screen wont calibrate

I have taken the battery out cleaned the connections.I have tried to calibrate the screen but it wont work i have even thrown it and that did not work either

    My huawei valiant phone was dropped and the screen didnt even crack but I see only multi colored fine lines the touch screen and sounds still works is it a cable unplugged?

I took off my screen cover and put it back on and touchscreen start back working

Having th same issue...this sucks! I need to at least get my phone numbers...Never again will i get a phone that solely used a touch screen...:(

I don't think you can do anything about it.
My phone's doing it too and I know 3 other people with the same problem..
