Magnavox plasma television will not turn on, makes
I try to turn on the television and I don't get picture or audio. The television makes a clicking sound. I removed the back of the television and the clicking sound appears to be coming from a circuit board in the bottom middle of the television. There is a marking AK near the spot where the clicking sound is coming from and a small green light blinking when it clicks.

You either have a cold solder joint in your horizontal deflection circuits or your or in your horizontal output circuit. please be careful due to the fly-back transformer still holds power even unplugged until you discharge it.( ground it out). Hope this helps.
Hi there! Sounds like the panel is in protection. The Y and Z-Sustain and/or Control board may be at fault. If there are fuses, check these first and replace. If not successful the boards may have to be replaced. Also check the Voltages on the Power supply are correct to manufacturers specs. If not familiar with any of this please refer to a repairer. Yes, you are correct. there are a few component issues on the power circuit board that will need to be replaced. the mani component will be the capacitors and transistors.if not repaired soon, this unit will completely stop working.
