I got TomTom for a birthday gift in January. I only used it twice. How long does it hold a charge and how do I recharge it? Need to know asap. Thank you.

One full charge will hold good for approximately 3 hours. If you got it in January, it is better to recharge it. There are two easy ways to charge it. I assume you have got two different cables with it. One connects directly to the car cigarette lighter/12V socket. The other cable can be connected to a USB port of a computer. Tom get charged while connected to the computer also. On the outside chance you did not get the cable or cannot find it go to this link below to get the cables.

Please note Tom charges through the same port (USB) as it connects to the computer, which is it at the bottom of the Unit.

My Tomtom 300 Go won't charge?

It appears that the battery will not hold a (good) charge anymore. If it is still under warranty, contact TomTom to address that problem. They may replace the unit for you.
It is not unusual for (rechargeable) batteries to loose it's capability to hold a good charge if it is plugged in (to a power source) all the time, even while it is not in use.

The TI 83 Plus was purchased in Sep 09 for my high school freshman. It hasn't been used much and now will not turn on. I've replaced the batteries twice. Any suggestions? Can it be repaired? Thanks

If the batteries are rechargable they may need to be removed and recharged. Lack of use does not mean that they hold the charge forever.

I don't know but try it.

My tom tom go920 wont hold a charge. from the car or cpu

Try recharging the battery in the car, and also at home with the USB cable.
If you see that it does not hold charge in both case, then you may conclude that the battery is defective. You should compare the TomTom claims with the actual result.

If battery is defective, you should be able tp replace it. Go to the TomTom onlibe store.
