You need to get the Settings for MMS from your Network Service Provider. These settings are usually sent as a text msg. When you receive the msg. choose save or install on your phone. Or get the settings directly from their website.
The MMS service doesn’t always work between networks.

Set up MMS

they should be settings on your mobile service provider website, or you would have to call them or visit one of the stores your phone came from so that they can set them manually.

LG chocolate

Try doing this:

*228 option 1 - let it run through and do it's thing. WHen the phone reboots try it again .. if it still doesn't work then call the Verizon customer service line and have them refresh your features.

It's more a network thing then a phone thing.
