An error 20 means that there isn't enough memory to print what you want to print.
You will have to add more memory or simplify the print job.

The HP M2727 has a known issue with the scanner error 8 and bad formatters. HP has extended the warranties on this product. I suggest you contact them directly and they will most likely exchange the unit.

First, power the printer off, wait for about 30secs and power on. If problem persist replace the scanner.

It would appear that the Error 5 listed on your MFP is caused by a faulty flatbed scanner. See the HP thread for details

Recommended action 49 and 79 Errors, Turn off then on The product has experienced an internal embedded software error. Turn off the power by using the power switch, wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn on the power and wait for the product to initialize.

If you have recently installed a memory DIMM in the product, turn off the product, remove the memory DIMM, reinstall the DIMM to verify that it is seated properly, and then turn on the product.

Eva, This is a common problem with this machine and more than likely the scanner will need to be replaced. You should try calling HP and see if they will cover it since it is a common problem.
