Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
Touch MENU then touch SETTINGS then touch SYSTEM. This gives you the option of STATUTE or METRIC. Select METRIC and it will change from miles to kilometres
Hit Mode till you see History,Training,Navigation, and Setting. Scrol to Settings using the down arows on the right hand side of the watch. On the same side of the watch hit Enter.
Hit enter on General.
Scroll down to Units (You can't see it right away, you have to scroll down) hit Enter on Units. There you can change to Metric.
Hit Mode till you see settings- (arrow down to Settings and press enter)
Then General (enter)
Arrow down to Units (You hav to arrown down 7 times) (enter)
You will see Metric.... change it to Statute. (enter)
To change this setting go to the menu on the Forerunner by pressing the Mode button then follow the steps below:
Select Settings
Select General
Select Units
Select Distance and/or Elevation and change this to Metric if you wish to see the measurement units in kilometres and metres, select Statute if you wish to see units in miles and feet
