This is on Partner Mail vs. when I go into voicemail and dial 99# and the password# the voice says "you cannot get your messages now due to multiple logins. Please disconnect. Goodbye." I don't want to get messages. I'm trying to program the automated assistant. (this problem is part of a greater rats' nest of problems we're having with the voicemail but we can't solve any of the others without fixing this one first.) Help!!! Thank you!

Right, but to get to the Admin area, you need to log into the system administrators mailbox. That will need to be reset before you can change the AA greeting.

You can contact dstech1.com, they will reset for $55 (with a credit card). Or you can call Avaya, they will reset for $300

The voicemail system on our 18D phones leaves the messages all jumbled and full of static...how do we fix that?
Which voicemail do you have? If it is the Partner Mail VS, or the stand alone Partner Mail, then it sounds like the hard drive is going bad. I would buy a new voicemail before this one dies.

1 for day 2 for night
6 to modify menu
press star (*) pound (#) (you arent messing with selector codes
record greeting there. 21 to rerecord, 23 to listen

Checking voice mail from remote location
If you are using Partner voicemail, you would just press *7 when you hear the voicemail system.

If you press *7, and do not get prompted for the extension number, you dont have a Partner voicemail.
