Aluminium does not rust so the stain will not be rust stains
could be leaking fitting at the plumbing pipes at the taps
could be that the washer under the tap insert is leaking especially if not replaced when doing the spindle seals

SOURCE: ruining cloths, leaves black stain.

Black stains could only come from rubber part that is deteriorating. Need to check all hoses, rubber boot and at bearing seal.

SOURCE: Rust stains and bleach spots.

I'm sorry but the white spots will be due to bleach. It may be that there was undissolved bleach in the washer after the first load. Maybe some of it came out with the whites and lay in wait in the basket.

I doubt the makers would guarantee anything for 7 years, so no free basket or installation is likely. Seems there is a chip in the enamel and dampness / water from the previous wash days before sits there collecting iron as rust particles.

For the time being you could try rinsing the machine out before the first load. That might prevent the rust marks or reduce them.

SOURCE: My Frigidaire Washer Leaves Stains all over our clothes

Since this happened from day 1, your water may be the problem. Do you have well water? If so, get a softener system. This will get rid of the iron, which is responsible for rust stains. I really doubt that a new machine would cause rust or grease.

Why didn't you do something five years ago when you first noticed this? It will be much more difficult to get a resolution from the manufacturer after5 years.

Bathroom leak

Most likely the problem is a leaking drain pipe in the wall, perhaps because of a failed joint. The reason it's not going down the wall to the floor of the dining room is because there is a top plate on the wall. Most likely the water is running down the bathroom wall, then out over the dining room drywall ceiling. It is finding the lowest spot in the area to accumulate and is soaking into the drywall. Since it is drain water, it is dirty and is picking up additional contaminates from the wall and causing the brown stain. It may or may not be soft, depending on how much water accumulates at one time, but it is slowly breaking down the ceiling where the stain is.
That said, are you sure it's a leak, or are you assuming that since you see the stain on the ceiling. I say this because mice, like many other rodents, usually pick one location to use as their bathroom. If you have mice in the ceiling and this is where they do their thing, you will get the same type of indication.

Large dark brown spots appearing after washing

Normally a washer does not cause a staining problem, but If something inside the washer has rusted, it could. I would check your water tank. Drain water from the drain cock at the bottom of the tank, and see how dirty it is. If it is dirty, you need to drain the water until it is almost clear.

Painting the outer edges of the interior of a refrigerator..where the door seals meet the interior

Most likely not rust. You would see rust stains. IF you do repaint it, make sure that it is clean and dry. Oil or contaminates can cause the problem that you are describing.

yes replace the seal, this type of spotting that forms as rust color occurs on "ferritic" stainless steel. Simply put there exists iron in the alloy and the surface needs to be pacified. Use DeBruce Polish to correct the problem. Non-toxic and odor-less containing NO ACID, this TRUE MULTI-SURFACE CLEANER is the best product for stainless steel AND glass/ceramic cook tops. Leaving brown stains on clothes, messing them up,

If it isn't rust, I suspect cotton can decompose if moist for a long time (in the laundry or machine), causing brown spots. In that case, the spots probably cannot be removed. Or can they?

Rust spots appearing on front of doors of kitchen (indoor) Kenmore refrigerator.

its what we in the business call "refrigerator cancer" they are rusting form the inside out. there is not repairing them and not worth the cost of replacing, you can take them off and spray them you might get a little time outta them. reason it happens is the insulation used years ago was fiberglass and would trap moisture between door and liner, eventually rusting through.. new refrigs are insulated with blown in poly-styrene. they don't hold moisture.
