First off the T7208 is the phone model and need the ksu model number to know what system you are in. But you can always call that extension and if not in office it should go straight to voice mail (if any) then leave mssge to call back

How do you transfer a call on a Nortel t7208?

This is usually programmed as one of the 'soft' buttons down the right hand side of the device - subject to the programming of your phone / and the system.

Usually the T7208 is connected to the BCM range of PBX systems - in which case, to transfer a call, you'd use Feature 70. You could, of course, program this into one of the buttons yourself, so you only have to press one button to do so.

Hope this is of use to you. :)

Hi there...

OK, the Nortel T7208 set works only on a Nortel system.
It has only one line cord plugged into it, cause the telephone system can be programmed for more telephone lines and features from the system.

If you want just a home (analog) telephone service; look at Aastra/ Telematrix/ there are others - 2 line sets.

ONLY buy this Nortel set is you have a Norstar system. Otherwise the set will not work for you. It needs a system to run off.

Good luck in your search!

Will this T7208 work on a BCM 400 system?

Hi

I buy my T7208's from:
http://www.exteradirect.co.uk/search.php?mode=basic&search=t7208

They are half the price of BT and work fine with both my BCM200 & BCM400 systems. Give them a call if you are in any doubt.
