i have the same problem. i am worried. i was playing counter strike and we finished. everybody was congratulating. shortly after a loud beep a bit lower pitch than the turning of and on noise that the headset makes. i turned it on and off. the only thing that stopped the beep was to mute the mic. fiddles with the 2 buttons, the light dimmed greatly and the mic started blinking blue. if you are able to find any way to fix it please contact me on skype : Sassy_Sasquach. Thanks!
try doing a system reset press the call control button and the volume mute button at the same time for 5 seconds. when the talk indicator light blinks release both buttons. press the call control button again and the talk indicator light will blink again briefly headset is back to normal then unplug the charger from the charging jack for 5 seconds and plug back in headset is reset. if that doesnt work then replace the battery in headset.

80010005=device / media not found equipment / media not found (Memory Stick or Memory Stick format is not the format does not recognize, may be a bad memory stick) You may need to buy a new Memory Stick.
hold down the power button until it beeps twice. that will restart your settings for the display. once it beeps twice then turn the system on and change the default settings back to your hdmi settings. what happened was when you transferred the ps3 to composite the settings changed to accomodate that but when you switch back to hdmi it doesnt change back. the only solution is to hold down the power button untill it beeps twice. normaly 3 seconds.
