Hello, the DVD play fine but tv mode, continually says no signal and screen is blue. Please help

You either have the DVD player plugged into the wrong input on the TV or the TV not set to that input. If using HDMI change the HDMI cord to another HDMI port on the the TV. In an Extreme case you have a bad connecting cord (either HDMI or other type.)

When I switch from one HDMI input to another I get a no signal & spinning LG box. after several minutes it gets a signal

Try a different HDMI cable, then try the other HDMI inputs on the TV, then try to connect another HDMI device to the TV. If all are still bad main board needs replaced

Why is tv saying no signal?

Connect a known working DVD player by using a new HDMI cable to HDMI INPUT 1 and check for signal.
If you have a DISH or CABLE system box, connect that also with a new HDMI cable to HDMI input 2 or 3 and recheck for signal. Your T V remote will have an input selector to change between the different inputs on your
T V.

Akai LCT3785TA HDMI Not Working with my AppleTV 3

Have you made sure you are plugging the HDMI into the right HDMI port? Many TVs have multiple ports and you can usually use the remote to switch to the proper one. Once you find the "input" menu on the TV you an run through all of then until you find a signal, or look at the HDMI port number on the back of the TV and then select that port. I do not think it is an issue of getting a better calbe.

Other possibility is that the Mac is not sending a signal - and for that you need a Mac person.

When i try to play my x box on my sanyo tv no sound comes out of the tv

Try a different HDMI input and a different cable.

DVI is same as HDMI in regards to the picture signal, but lacks the audio.

Apparently for some reason the TV does not pick up audio and that could be because the HDMI port has a problem (say physical contact) or because the cable has a problem or (of course) because the XBOX does not output signal for some reason.

My first two picks would be the port and the cable.

hope this helps!

TV says Main no signal. Trying to hook up our Akai tv to the DISH network. Need help

Good afternoon! My name is Becki, with DISH. I hope that you have gotten this resolved, but if not, here are some steps to do so!

If you are at TV1, where the receiver box is located, the tv needs to be on channel 3 or 4. (The correct location for these on the back of the recever will have a TV 3/4 above it.)
If you are using an HDMI cable, then the TV will need to be on an HDMI input
If you are using Component cables, your TV will need to be on a component input. (Usually Comp 1 or 2)
If you are using RCA cables, then the TV will need to be on a VIDEO input (Usually Video 1 or 2) (The correct location for these on the back of the receiver will have a green TV symbol with a 1 in it.)
Please let me know if you need any further assistance!!

HDMi ( no signal, not supported) doesn't work with Dmr-Ez47v

Any HDMI cable manufactured in the last couple of years should all be HDMI 1.1 compliant, your problem is most likely the logic board in the TV itself or the HDMI connector on the logic board has a bad connection..

Have you tried hooking-up a standard DB15 VGA cable to the AKAI TV and your laptop?

If this works your problem is in the TV and will most likely have to be repaired to receive the HDMI signal since your Panasonic DVR and your laptop are not recognized by the HDMI input on the TV.

Good luck!
