Very loud noise when spinning. also the white clothes came out with black spots. thanks

1) It could be that the washing machine drum has collected greasy residue from previous loads. Try cleaning the drum by running an empty cycle with a cupful of white vinegar.

2) Or could be the bearings. When bearings are on the way out they leave streaky dark marks on the clothes.

Sounds like a bearing seal is going. The seal has ruptured and grease of seeping out. The loud noise is the bearings rubbing against each other without adequate grease to reduce the friction. Failure will come soon if it is not fixed. The vibration is coming from the friction and possibly damaged ball bearings .

The drum bearing has perished this wild cause the noise and the brown spots on your clothes is probably the grease from the bearing

The reason of this noise is from loose lower front weight mounting bolts or a loose bolt securing the driven pulley. Check the motor adjustment bolt for tightness. The noise could be from a loose wire harness, plastic purse-lock wire harness retainer on upper hose hitting the top cover or a plastic injection mold standoff on the outer tub bearing housing may possibly be interfering with the driven pulley. Also, check the drive belt for a weak spot on the belt. Ussually felt on the backside of the belt as a "flat" spot. Check the belt for a weak seam and replace it.

It may also occur due to the load of clothes may have become unbalanced. Stop the washer and redistribute the clothes, then re-start it. Repeat these steps if necessary.

How old is this unit?
this can be costly to fix, it may not be worth the cost, may just replace, the barrons in drum sounds like they are shot and the oil is from the inside gasket, my friend at work had the manufacture to replace her dryer because of this. you may want to call them if your unit is not to old, they also may have recall on your unit so call and make sure of this before you discard unit. go to webb site I have never heard of your unit so I am not familar with who makes this unit.

That is a common occurrence with dryers such as this one. Even though it sounds bad, it is harmless. If it really bothers, you can re-balance the load and it should reduce the vibration.

How old is the washer and how expensive? It may be worth it to get an evaluation service call from a local appliance shop and if it needs to be replaced, the repariman may have recommendations.
