could be a component on the mobo (cpu,ram, or the chipset)

what os are you running? if xp try booting to repair console and run "fixboot" and or "fixmbr".

This just happened to my t5026. I had to replace the power supply to fix.

I think it may be the power supply

chk if the fan is moving or not if not then change the powr supply...

reinstall your windows

Check all power cables plugged into M/board if these are correct
remove all hard ware
hard drives / cd player and anything else
except for video and memory and test to see if it boots. If it does, one of the removed hardware is faulty if it does not then you have M/board failure
