do you mean no picture ? .either the monitor is brooken. or your videocard. all cabels should be seated tight.try with a other monitor and you get the answer if it's the monitor or the videocard.does a other work yours is brooken.
There is no webcam on this monitor. It's a display device only, with speakers built in but that's all. Here is the user's guide on Dell's site with all the monitor information.

look you have to see or find the menu bootoms in the bottom of the scree or on the back left or right and you find them just + or - the menus the brightness and the contrast will be under your control
