Hi,
Sounds like the pick up rollers are not pulling the paper in. Try cleaning them or replace if they look worn. When I try to examine all the parts you can find some small piece of paper caught in somewhere around.

Canon iP2772 doesn't start after saying Ink Absorber is full. How should I fix it?

Dear
First you have to enter into service mode of printer. To Enter Service mode pleas follow below steps.

1. First turn off the printer normally without disconnect power cable.
2. Now press and hold Resume button and press Power button with the resume button.
3. Now keep pressing the power button and release the resume button.
4. Now Press Resume button 5 times and release both buttons..
5. Now your error message will disappear. It mean now your printer is in service mode

Now download cannon "iP2770.exe" reseter from internet and double click on it.
Load some papers in your printer and press the "Main" Button on the reseter window, wait until it shows "error 001" then press OK.
Next press "EEPROM" button and the printer will print some text, after that click on OK button.
5. Then power off the printer(press twice the power button to turn off) and turn on again.

Printer mispick message

Your printer probably needs to have the paper pickup roller replaced.
You might try to clean the roller with a slightly damp lint free cloth.
Pull out the toner cartridge and look down you will see the roller sitting there.
Gently wipe it down, reinstall the toner and try printing again.

suspect either worn ADF(automatic document feeder) pickup roller or there is a jam in the ADF unit where the paper feeds to the scanner.

Hi ,
The print engine has failed to pick up a piece of media.There is a paper jam in the printer's paper path. Reload the paper in the paper input tray; verify that there are no jams in the paper path, and press MENU/ENTER to continue the job. If the error persists, replace the printer pickup roller. Check paper path, including rear output door for jams, fuser area, and under the print (toner) cartridge.

Printer error as stated "Printer Mispick [Enter] to resume." There was a mispick but that was corrected; however the error message is constant.

Hi:
I own a HP Laserjet 3330, and usually all that it takes to fix this problem is cleaning off the paper pick up roller with a damp cloth.

It is having trouble picking up the paper sheets, and you will get the error time after time. It seems that the recycled paper is worse than others. Remember to use a cloth dampened with only water, as other cleaners will dry out the pick up roller

Service Mode
This printer has a service mode for service-related settings and for performing test prints. The operator panel buttons are used to enter the desired service mode.
Service Mode Operations
1) With the printer powered off, hold down the resume button and press the power button.
2) While holding down the power button, release the resume button and press the resume button twice in succession. Now release the power button. The
indicator will blink in green and remain lit in green.
3) Select one of the following service mode functions by pressing the resume button the specified number of times.
Press Resume Indicator Functions
Zero times Green Power off the printer
1 time Orange Service test print
2 times Green EEPROM information print
3 times Orange EEPROM initialization
4 times Green Waste ink counter setting
5 times Orange Destination settings
6 times Green Print head deep cleaning
7 times Green CD-R test print
8 times Orange CD-R print position correction (horizontal)
9 times Green CD-R print position correction (vertical)
4) Execute the function you have selected (except for model setting) by pressing the power button. The printer will switch itself off after performing the function.

hi,

try to clean the pick rollers with cotton w/ alcohol.if it doesn't work maybe your separation pad is worn out and need to replace it..

Recurring error

This answer was almost exactly correct:

The only thing I did differently, that worked like a charm, was to =open the door on the other side of the machine, and
=swing down the two green levers (one on each side); this released the roller tension and removal of the paper was easy.
=Once the paper has been gently removed, put back up the two green levers, and
=close everything up, re-installing the toner cartridge as you do.
